► Do you ship to my country?
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom, we are hoping to change this in the future. Keep an eye on our socials for updates.
► What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.
► How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within the United Kingdom costs £3. Orders over £50 can use the discount code "FREESHIP" for free shipping. UK orders over £50 will be upgraded to First Class Signed For Delivery free of charge.
► How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, this does not include weekends and bank holidays. You will recieve an email once your order has been dispatched. Orders being delivered to UK postal addresses arrive within 1-3 working days, European orders can take up to 5-14 working days to arrive, other international orders can take 1-4 weeks to arrive.
► My delivery information is wrong, can you help?
If you have provided incorrect delivery details with your order please send us an email as soon as possible to rectify the issue.
► Can I amend my order?
If you have not recieved an email stating the order has been dispatched then amending an order may be possible, if there is an issue or you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible.
► Are your products Sterling Silver?
Products are only Sterling Silver if stated, our Sterling Silver jewellery will have a 925 Sterling Silver stamp.
► How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery from tarnishing and looking it's very best we recommend storing your pieces away from moisture, and limiting exposure to perfumes and lotions. This includes not wearing jewellery when showering, exercising and swimming.
► Can I have my order gift wrapped?
If you wish to have an order gift wrapped please contact us via the contact form or via email. We offer gift boxes for rings and necklaces which can be purchased separately.
► I have a discount code, can I use it?
Yes, you can also receive free worldwide shipping on orders over £50 with the code 'FREESHIP'.
► I want to return my order, how do I do this?
Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after purchase. We do not accept returns on sale items or earrings. Items being returned need to be sent back unused and in their original packaging. We do not cover the cost of the return unless an item is faulty. In the case of an exchange the new product will be sent out free of charge via standard post.
► I would like my necklace on an different necklace length, is this possible?
Please send an email or add a note with your order for a different length necklace.
